Football Game Preview: St. Bonaventure Seraphs vs. Pacifica Tritons + How To Watch

The St. Bonaventure Seraphs will venture away from home to challenge the Pacifica Tritons at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with three losses in a row, St. Bonaventure turned things around against Simi Valley on Friday. They took down the Pioneers 41-26.

Special teams played a big role in the game for St. Bonaventure, adding 17 points to the final score. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Tony Dargan, who ran a kickoff back for a touchdown.

Meanwhile, Pacifica was not the first on the board on Friday, but they got there more often. They managed a 17-13 victory over Oaks Christian. Those 17 points were actually the fewest the Tritons have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

St. Bonaventure better keep an eye on Alijah Royster. He was instrumental in Pacifica's win, picking up 103 receiving yards and one touchdown, while also rushing for 62 yards and one score on only seven carries. That's the most rushing yards Royster has posted since back in October of 2024.

The win got St. Bonaventure back to even at 3-3. As for Pacifica, their victory bumped their record up to 6-0.

St. Bonaventure couldn't quite get it done against Pacifica in their previous matchup back in November of 2024 as they fell 27-20. Can the Seraphs avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
