Football Game Preview: Beverly Hills Normans vs. West Warriors + How To Watch

The Beverly Hills Normans will take on the West Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Beverly Hills is looking for their season's first victory.

Beverly Hills' offense might be in the hot seat on Friday considering what happened against El Segundo on Friday. They were outmatched by the Eagles and fell 59-0. While losing is never fun, the Normans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California football rankings (they are ranked 1023rd, while the Eagles are ranked 278th).

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask West). They took their matchup on Friday with ease, bagging a 42-6 win over Hawthorne. The Warriors not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since October 25, 2024 (when they won 41-0).

West's win came from a few key players Beverly Hills will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Blake Ely, who picked up 17 receiving yards and one score, and also rushed for 44 yards. Those 44 rushing yards gave him a new career-high. Dylan Gobee was another key player, throwing for 58 yards and one TD.

West didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Ely and Ibrahim Sultan. Ely got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

West's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-4. As for Beverly Hills, their loss dropped their record down to 0-7.
