Flag Football Recap: Wheat Ridge Takes a Loss

Wheat Ridge fell victim to Littleton and their airtight defense on Wednesday. They took a blow against the Lions, falling 39-0.

Wheat Ridge's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Littleton, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-5.

Coming up, Wheat Ridge will square off against Dakota Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The Eagles' defense has only allowed 10.8 points per game this season, so the Farmers' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Littleton, they have already played their next contest, a 20-12 victory against Standley Lake on the 27th.
