Basketball Recap: Middle Park Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Middle Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 72-61 to the Alamosa Mean Moose. The Panthers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Mean Moose apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2024.

When it comes to explaining why Middle Park lost, don't look at Jacob Trail. Despite the final result, he posted 15 points and six steals. Connor Burns was another key player, putting up six points.

Middle Park's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Alamosa, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.

Coming up, Middle Park is taking a road trip to face off against Battle Mountain at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Alamosa will take on Summit in a holiday battle at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
