East Troy is 8-2 against Whitewater since October of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Trojans will be playing at home against the Whippets at 6:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

East Troy's tournament run continued when they took on Waukesha North on Saturday. The Trojans fell 2-0 to the Northstars. The Trojans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The loss didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Waukesha North scored at least 17 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Whitewater lost 3-0 to Jefferson on Thursday. The defeat continues a trend for the Whippets in their meetings with the Eagles: they've now lost five in a row.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-12, 25-15.

East Troy's loss dropped their record down to 12-17. As for Whitewater, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-19.

East Troy took their win against Whitewater in their previous matchup back in September by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Trojans repeat their success, or do the Whippets have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
