Gila Ridge waltzed into their match on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They blew past the Kofa Kings 67-39. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 75-33 back in January.

Kofa lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Luis Negrete, who posted ten points in addition to six rebounds and five steals. Those five steals gave him a new career-high. Marco Navarro was another key player, putting up 11 points.

Gila Ridge's win bumped their record up to 5-13. As for Kofa, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-17.

Gila Ridge and Kofa could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Arizona Rankings.
