Volleyball Recap: Eagle Mountain Falls Despite Big Games from Lily Adams and Lexi Nichols

Eagle Mountain lost against Grand Oaks back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Knights fell just short of the Grizzlies by a score of 2-1.

Despite the defeat, Eagle Mountain had strong showings from Lexi Nichols, who had 15 digs and four aces, and Lily Adams, who had ten digs.

Eagle Mountain's loss dropped their record down to 14-8. As for Grand Oaks, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 15 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Eagle Mountain will venture away from home to face off against Paradise at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Grand Oaks, they will head out to square off against College Park at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
