Volleyball Recap: Andes Central/Dakota Christian Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Andes Central/Dakota Christian and Burke squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Andes Central/Dakota Christian had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Cougars. Andes Central/Dakota Christian hasn't had much luck with Burke recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-12, 25-10.

Kyrie Matucha was the offensive standout of the match as she had 13 digs and three aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last five games she's played.

Andes Central/Dakota Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 3-27. As for Burke, they pushed their record up to 28-6 with the win, which was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season.

Andes Central/Dakota Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Burke, they will take on Gregory on Thursday.
