There's no place like home for O'Fallon, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. In a tight contest that could have gone either way, they made off with a 55-54 victory over the East St. Louis Flyers. This was a revenge game for the Panthers: when they faced off against the Flyers back in January, they had to take a 62-48 loss.

East St. Louis' defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Arlandis Brown, who went 8-for-13 on his way to 21 points and three steals. The dominant performance gave Brown a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ishaia Brown, who dropped a double-double with 11 points and 12 boards.

O'Fallon's win bumped their record up to 8-21. As for East St. Louis, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 13-17.

Coming up, O'Fallon will host Cahokia at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. O'Fallon is facing Cahokia at the right time seeing as Cahokia is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for East St. Louis, they will head out to face off against Belleville East at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
