Baseball Recap: Bradley Central's Win Ends Five-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Bradley Central gave up the first runs on Wednesday, but they didn't let that get them down. They came out on top against the Edgewater Eagles by a score of 8-3.

Tucker Allen looked comfortable as he tossed four innings while giving up just one earned run off five hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks any time he's pitched this season.

At the plate, Jackson Humble and Jonathon Alomar did most of the damage at the plate: Humble got on base in four of his five plate appearances with one stolen base and one RBI, while Alomar went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI. Carson Stott also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.
