Soccer Recap: Ironwood Comes Up Short

After flying high against Ironwood Ridge last Wednesday, Ironwood came back down to earth. The Ironwood Eagles fell just short of the San Luis Sidewinders by a score of 3-2 on Friday.

Ironwood's defeat dropped their record down to 14-7. As for San Luis, the victory was the 13th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-1.

Coming up, Ironwood will welcome Independence at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. San Luis does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
