Volleyball Recap: Lake Minneola Victorious

The Lake Minneola Hawks sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Jupiter Warriors on Saturday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Hawks.

Bailey O'Dell paced Lake Minneola's offense, picking up seven kills. O'Dell got some help from Camila Antosanti-Soto and her 22 assists. Antosanti-Soto was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Lake Minneola now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Jupiter, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 3-2.

Looking ahead, Lake Minneola will face off against Mount Dora at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Jupiter, they will challenge Cardinal Newman at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
