Hillcrest has gone 5-0 against Park City recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Hillcrest Huskies will be playing at home against the Park City Miners at 7:00 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.
Hillcrest took a loss when they played away from home last Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They took down Stansbury 56-37.

Thomas Ashby went supernova for Hillcrest, putting up 20 points and three steals. The dominant performance gave Ashby a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Josh Pike, who posted 12 points.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Park City). They came out on top against Tooele by a score of 80-72 on Friday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Miners as it spelled an end to their seven-game losing streak.
Park City's win came from a few key players Hillcrest will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Luke Rice, who went 13 for 22 on his way to 33 points and five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Bridger LaPine, who went 7 of 10 en route to 19 points.
Hillcrest pushed their record up to 13-6 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.3 points per game. As for Park City, their victory ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-16.
Some high-performance offense is likely on the agenda as Hillcrest and Park City are some of the highest scoring teams in the league. Hillcrest hasn't had any problem running up the score this season, having averaged 58.7 points per game. However, it's not like Park City struggles in that department as they've been averaging 56.1 points. With both teams so easily able to put up points, the only question left is who can run the score up higher.
Everything went Hillcrest's way against Park City in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, as Hillcrest made off with a 73-53 win. Will Hillcrest repeat their success, or does Park City have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
