Softball Recap: Tipton Blue Devils vs. Hamilton Heights Huskies

Tipton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They lost 14-3 to the Hamilton Heights Huskies. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Tipton of the 12-5 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture last Tuesday.

Taylor Conaway made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and got on base in all three of her plate appearances with a home run and three RBI.

On Hamilton Heights' side, they let Kassidy Schakel and Heather Crays loose on the outfield. Schakel went 4-for-4 with two stolen bases, four RBI, and a triple, while Crays went 3-for-3 with three stolen bases, three RBI, and two runs.
