Soccer Recap: Carver Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Carver duked it out with Sumter County on Tuesday. The Carver Tigers fell just short of the Sumter County Panthers by a score of 3-2. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Carver now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Sumter County, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-5-1.

Coming up, Carver will be playing in front of their home fans against Shaw at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Shaw will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Carver surely won't give up without a fight. As for Sumter County, they are taking a road trip to take on Jordan at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
