For the first time this season, Berea will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They will be playing at home against the Model Patriots at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Berea's last matchup with Barbourville could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's game on Friday. Berea lost 12-6 to Barbourville. The Pirates haven't had much luck with the Tigers recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Nathan Prophitt was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-3. Tommie Banderman was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.

Meanwhile, Model came up short against Western Hills on Monday, falling 15-6.
