Arcadia saw some tournament action on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Bellflower Buccaneers as the Arcadia Apaches made off with an 11-1 win. The game marked the Apaches' most dominant victory of the season so far.

Samantha Almaraz looked comfortable as she struck out six batters over two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and only one walk). What's more, she gave up only one walk, the fewest she's had since back in April of 2024.

At the plate, Jordan Cordeiro was excellent, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-1. The team also got some help courtesy of Vanessa Patino, who scored two runs while going 1-for-1.
