Basketball Recap: Northwest Comes Up Short

Northwest lost to Coronado back in January of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Falcons took a 48-30 bruising from the Leopards. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Northwest's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Coronado, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-12.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Northwest will challenge rival Tse' Yi' Gai at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Coronado is set to take on their familiar foe Pine Hill at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
