Soccer Recap: Middle College vs. Port of Los Angeles
Middle College lost against Port of Los Angeles back in December of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Middle College Cougars fell 5-3 to the Port of Los Angeles Polar Bears. Diangelo Urtiz probably wasn't too happy after the contest: he scored every single goal for the Cougars and still walked away on the losing team.
Middle College now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Port of Los Angeles, their win bumped their record up to 3-0-1.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Middle College will be staying on the road on December 6th to face off against Rancho Dominguez at 3:00 p.m. As for Port of Los Angeles, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on King/Drew at 2:30 p.m. on December 4th.
