Second Baptist won the last time they faced Bay Area Christian and things went their way  on Tuesday too. The Eagles came out on top against the Broncos by a score of  3-1.
 Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-16, 21-25,  25-18.
 Despite the  defeat, Bay Area Christian saw an underclassman step up: sophomore  Addison Wilson  had 35  digs and two  aces. Wilson has been hot for a while, having  posted 11 or more  digs the last 21 times she's  played. The team also got some help courtesy of  Madison Holwell, who  had 12  digs and 11  assists.
Second Baptist is  on a roll lately: they've  won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-6 record  this season. As for Bay Area Christian,  the  loss snapped their winning streak at three games  and leaves them with a 14-13-1 record.
 We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Second Baptist is set to  square off against  their familiar foe Fort Bend Christian Academy  at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Meanwhile, Bay Area Christian will  take on  rival Emery/Weiner  at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
