Baseball Recap: Three Rivers Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Three Rivers extended their winning streak to three on Thursday, bumping them up to 15-9-2. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 7-6 W against the Buchanan Bucks. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Wildcats also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2025.

Aidan Williams was a standout: he went 3-for-4 with three runs, two doubles, and one RBI. Those three runs gave him a new career-high. Drake Dibble was another key player, going a perfect 4-for-4 with two stolen bases and two RBI.

As for Buchanan, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-13-1 record this season. That's two games in a row now that they have lost by just one run.

On Buchanan's side, Trey Teshka was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double. Another player making a difference was Luke Zeiger, who went 2-for-3 with two runs.

Three Rivers will have a chance to go back-to-back against Buchanan: the pair will be back at it again later today.
