Basketball Recap: Corinth Comes Up Short

Corinth lost against Clarksdale back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Corinth Warriors fell just short of the Clarksdale Wildcats by a score of 53-51. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Warriors have suffered since January 30, 2024.

Kamarrius Rash was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 23 points and ten boards for Clarksdale. The dominant performance gave Rash a new career-high in rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Jayden Rudd, who posted ten points and three steals.

Corinth's loss dropped their record down to 7-17. As for Clarksdale, they pushed their record up to 12-12 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

As of now, neither Corinth nor Clarksdale have any future games scheduled.
