Football Recap: Mitchell County Eagles vs. Turner County Titans
Mitchell County put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Turner County Titans by a score of 40-32. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2019.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mitchell County will venture away from home to face off against Clinch County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Clinch County's defense has only allowed 15.8 points per game this season, so Mitchell County's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Turner County, they will challenge Wilcox County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Turner County focused on turnovers this week as team gave up four on Thursday.
