Soccer Recap: Mid-Prairie Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Mid-Prairie won the last time they faced Mediapolis and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Golden Hawks skirted past the Bulldogs 2-1. That's two games straight that Mid-Prairie have won by just one goal.

The victory was the third in a row for Mid-Prairie, bringing their record up to 7-11-3. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 12 goals over those three contests. As for Mediapolis, they moved to 13-5-1 with that loss, which also ended their seven-game winning streak.

Mid-Prairie didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, an 8-0 defeat against Assumption on the 30th. Mediapolis does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
