Gate City kept a clean sheet against Lee on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Generals with a sharp 5-0 win. Considering Gate City have won four games by more than four goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Lee with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Brody Sivert (2), Walker Hillman, Keegan Bright, and Noah Taylor.

Gate City pushed their record up to 7-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those four contests. As for Lee, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Looking ahead, Gate City will head out on the road to take on Ridgeview at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lee, they will be playing at home against Honaker at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
