Basketball Recap: Lonoke Takes a Loss

Lonoke lost against Wynne on Friday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Lonoke Jackrabbits might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 65-44 to the Wynne Yellowjackets, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Jackrabbits have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lonoke's loss dropped their record down to 8-13. As for Wynne, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 9-10.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lonoke will take on Stuttgart at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wynne, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Forrest City at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Forrest City will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Wynne surely won't give up without a fight.
