Softball Recap: Valley Forge Comes Up Short

Valley Forge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 18th straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 6-3 to the North Olmsted Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 12-9 back in April.

Valley Forge's defeat dropped their record down to 0-16. As for North Olmsted, their record now sits at 7-9.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Valley Forge is set to square off against their familiar foe Normandy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, North Olmsted will face off against rival Buckeye at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
