Bassett came out on top against Duarte on Friday thanks in part to Brandon Figueroa's efforts. The Falcons had no answer to Figueroa as he picked up four sacks and made six total tackles. Figueroa also punched in two rushing touchdowns, which is notable because Bassett is undefeated when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns, but 1-2-1 otherwise.

Looking ahead, Figueroa and Bassett will venture away from home to challenge Ganesha at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Olympians have some work to do to even out the 2-8 series between these two since October of 2017, but a win here would be a good start.
