Soccer Recap: Troy Falls Short of Kings in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Troy can now relate to. They came up short against the Kings Knights on Saturday, falling 5-1.

Troy's goal came courtesy of Matthew Barth, who's now up to six this season.

Troy's loss dropped their record down to 13-5-1. As for Kings, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-2-4 record this season.

Troy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Kings, they will square off against Harrison at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Harrison's last five matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
