The Fillmore Central Falcons entered their tilt with the Wabasha-Kellogg Falcons with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. Fillmore Central breezed by Wabasha-Kellogg at home to the tune of 65-33. With Fillmore Central ahead 46-21 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

Several Falcons players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Ileana DeAngel, who scored 16 points along with seven rebounds and four steals. That was a full 48.5% of Wabasha-Kellogg's points, marking the eighth time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Brielle Adams, who scored ten points along with three steals.

Fillmore Central is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-8 record this season. As for Wabasha-Kellogg, their loss was their 20th straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 1-14.
