            The West Bridgewater Wildcats will square off against the Fairhaven Blue Devils at 6:00  p.m.  on Friday. The two teams are strolling into their  matchups after big wins in their previous games.
It was a proper cat-fight when West Bridgewater challenged Case on Friday. The Wildcats breezed past the Cardinals to the tune of  37-7. With the Wildcats ahead  30-0 at the half, the  game was all but over already.
West Bridgewater's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Ty Holmes, who rushed for 142 yards and two  touchdowns on only nine carries.  Thomas Polidori was another key rusher, rushing for 64 yards and a pair of  TDs on only five carries.
 They were just one part of a punishing run game: West Bridgewater was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 242  rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Case only  rushed for 116.
Meanwhile, Fairhaven strolled into their game  on Friday with a perfect  record and they left with the same. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Seekonk 49-6. That 43 point margin sets a new team best for the Blue Devils this season.
 Fairhaven's win came from a few key players West Bridgewater will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was  Evan Lamontagne, who rushed for 60 yards and one  score, and also caught one  touchdown. Another rusher making a difference was  Kyle Soares, who rushed for 93 yards and one  TD.
 Fairhaven's victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for West Bridgewater, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.
 West Bridgewater took a serious blow against Fairhaven  in their previous matchup  back in October of 2024, falling  43-8. That  contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Wildcats were down  29-0.
