Skyview had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Brighton on Thursday. The Wolverines put the hurt on the Bulldogs with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory was nothing new for the Wolverines as they're now sitting on three straight.

Skyview never let Brighton on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-19, 25-19.

Analise Barros paced Skyview's offense, picking up 14 kills. Barros got some help from Marissa Becerra and her 11 assists. Bysleydi Martinez controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

The win got Skyview back to even at 3-3. As for Brighton, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Coming up, Skyview will head out to challenge Centaurus at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Brighton, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Adams City at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
