Colfax waltzed into their contest on Thursday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They blew past the Center Cougars 3-0. This was payback for the Falcons, who suffered a 3-2 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Colfax walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-12, 25-18, 25-18.

Colfax's victory bumped their record up to 10-3. As for Center, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Colfax didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 loss against El Dorado on the 15th. As for Center, they have also already played their next game, a 3-0 defeat against Oakmont on the 16th.
