Service won the last time they faced Bettye Davis East Anchorage and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Cougars came out on top against the Thunderbirds by a score of 3-1. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Cougars as it put an end to their three-match losing streak.

Leading Service to victory were Jaelyn Lorenzo and Taralena Fine. Lorenzo had 12 digs and one assist, while Fine had two aces and two assists.

They weren't the only good servers: Service was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 15 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in September.

Service's win bumped their record up to 24-12-3. As for Bettye Davis East Anchorage, their loss dropped their record down to 15-22-1.
