Volleyball Recap: Ava Bears vs. Thayer Bobcats
Ava proved they can win big on Monday (they won by three) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over the Thayer Bobcats. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Bears have posted against the Bobcats since September 25, 2018.
Ava took Thayer into a fifth set where they got it done with a two-point win. The match finished with set scores of 17-25, 25-15, 24-26, 25-14, 18-16.
