Genoa-Kingston had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the three-goal drubbing they dealt Belvidere on Monday. The Cogs were the clear victors by a 4-1 margin over the Bucs. Genoa-Kingston might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matches by three goals or more this season.

They hit Belvidere with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Samantha Wendt, Ally Poegel, Lucy Foss, and Ayva Hernandez.

Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Rockford Christian's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Byron.

Genoa-Kingston's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-2. As for Rockford Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 6-4.
