Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Micah Pledger stepped things up a notch to give Jasper the 'W'. Pledger rushed for 73 yards and one score. The effort marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in September of 2024.

Pledger and Jasper will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Muscle Shoals at 7:00 p.m. on October 10.
