River Ridge was the 2-1 winner over Mitchell when they last played one another on Tuesday, but their luck changed this time around. The Royal Knights fell just short of the Mustangs by a score of 3-2 on Saturday. The loss was River Ridge's first of the season.

Ethan Sisco wasn't going to let Mitchell walk away unscathed as he scored both of River Ridge's goals, bringing his season total up to two goals.

Having lost for the first time this season, River Ridge fell to 6-1. As for Mitchell, their win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-4.

Coming up, River Ridge will welcome Tampa Prep at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Tampa Prep's defense has only allowed 0.3 goals per game this season, so River Ridge's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Mitchell, they are taking a road trip to square off against East Lake at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
