Baseball Recap: Mississinewa Triumphs

Mississinewa won the last time they faced Marion and things went their way on Monday too. The Indians came out on top against the Giants by a score of 12-7.

Mississinewa got a massive performance out of Kallen Quaderer, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. Those three RBI gave Quaderer a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Kellen Rock, who went 2-for-4 with three runs, two RBI, and one double.

Mississinewa now has a winning record of 9-8. As for Marion, their loss was their ninth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-18.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mississinewa will take on Blackford at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Marion, they will challenge Lafayette Jefferson at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
