KIPP DC Legacy College Prep dropped down to 8-2 on Friday, ending the team's six-game streak of wins. They were outmatched by the Digital Pioneers Academy Pythons and fell 42-6. The Bulldogs were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 20-0.

As for Digital Pioneers Academy, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 9-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 1.5 points on average over those games.

Digital Pioneers Academy found their leader in freshman Laroy Williams, who rushed for 109 yards and two TDs on only 12 carries. The team also got some help courtesy of Deandre Johnson, who rushed for 44 yards and three scores.

As of now, neither KIPP DC Legacy College Prep nor Digital Pioneers Academy have any future games scheduled.
