Football Recap: Daniel Boone Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Daniel Boone extended their losing streak to three on Friday, dropping them down to 1-8. The contest between the Trailblazers and the David Crockett Pioneers didn't end well, with the Trailblazers falling 24-7. The Trailblazers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Pioneers from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

As for David Crockett, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-6. That looming 24-7 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for them yet this season.

David Crockett can attribute much of their success to Aj Wynn, who rushed for 80 yards on only eight carries, and also threw for 113 yards on only six passes.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Daniel Boone will face off against Tennessee on Friday. As for David Crockett, they will challenge Cocke County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Pioneers will be up against the Fighting Cocks' rather soft defense (which has allowed 38.75 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
