After a string of three wins, Charlevoix's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Traverse City Central Trojans.

Charlevoix's defeat dropped their record down to 6-2-2. As for Traverse City Central, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-2.

Coming up, Charlevoix will venture away from home to square off against Elk Rapids at 9:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Traverse City Central, their road trip will continue as they head out to face Sacred Heart Academy at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
