Volleyball Recap: Nashua South Comes Up Short

After flying high against Spaulding on Wednesday, Nashua South came back down to earth. The Purple Panthers took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bedford Bulldogs on Monday. The Purple Panthers have struggled against the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Nashua South now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Bedford, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Nashua South will square off against rival Portsmouth at 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Bedford is set to take on their familiar foe Timberlane at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
