The Mountain Range Mustangs will venture away from home to  square off against the Riverdale Ridge Ravens  at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
Mountain Range lost  3-0 to Brighton on Tuesday. The Mustangs haven't had much luck with the Bulldogs recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.
 While Mountain Range was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-23,  25-10.
Meanwhile, Riverdale Ridge posted their closest  win since November 2, 2024 on Tuesday. They skirted past Boulder  3-2. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for the Ravens.
 Riverdale Ridge was actually outscored in aggregate across those five sets (105-102), but they still managed to win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 17-25, 25-22, 20-25, 25-23,  15-10.
Mountain Range better focus on containing  Mya Clarvoe and  Chloe Brady as the pair were huge in Riverdale Ridge's win. Clarvoe  had nine  digs and one assist, while  Brady  had eight  digs.  Teagan Cox also deserves some recognition as  she  posted her first  assist of the season.
 Riverdale Ridge  was lethal from the service line and  finished the match with 12  aces. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their  ace total in three consecutive  matches.
 Mountain Range's defeat dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Riverdale Ridge, they picked up their first road  victory, bumping their record up to 3-10.
 Mountain Range took their  win against Riverdale Ridge  in their previous meeting  back in September by a conclusive  3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Mustangs since the  team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
