Basketball Recap: Bixby Falls Short of Union in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Bixby can now relate to. They came up short against the Union Redhawks on Friday, falling 63-42. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Spartans have suffered since December 28, 2024.

Bixby's loss dropped their record down to 21-3. As for Union, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 17-7.

Looking ahead, Bixby will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Muskogee at 6:30 p.m. As for Union, they will square off against Owasso at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
