There's no place like home for the Sandusky Blue Streaks, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Wednesday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Columbian 44-42. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory Sandusky has posted yet this season.

Sandusky's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Khiya Rameau, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and ten rebounds. That's the first time this season that Rameau pulled down eight or more rebounds. Ra'kiya Collier was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with eight rebounds and six steals.

Sandusky's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-7. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.6 points per game. As for Columbian, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-8.
