Volleyball Recap: Old Mill Comes Up Short

Old Mill was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Chesapeake Cougars. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on Thursday.

Old Mill's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Chesapeake, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-3.

Old Mill wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Broadneck on the 14th. As for Chesapeake, they have also already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Glen Burnie on the 14th.
