Volleyball Recap: North Marion Picks Up Seventh Consecutive Win

North Marion hadn't done well against West Port recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Colts skirted past the Wolf Pack 3-2. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 back in March.

Despite the loss, West Port still got an impressive performance from Luis Monserat, who had 24 digs and five aces. Caden Perez-Pantoja was another key player, getting six digs and two aces.

The win was the seventh in a row for North Marion, bringing their record up to 8-1. As for West Port, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-9 record this season.

As for West Port, they will take on Vanguard at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. The Wolf Pack are facing the Knights at the right time seeing as the Knights are stuck on an eight-game losing streak.
