Basketball Recap: Rim of the World Comes Up Short

Rim of the World was the 50-29 winner over San Gorgonio when they last played one another back in December of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Rim of the World Fighting Scots lost 53-27 to the San Gorgonio Spartans on Monday. The Fighting Scots were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 34-14.

Rim of the World dropped their record down to 0-10 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for San Gorgonio, their win bumped their record up to 4-8.

Rim of the World will venture away from home to take on Eisenhower at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Rim of the World is facing Eisenhower at the right time seeing as Eisenhower is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for San Gorgonio, they will finish 2024 at home by hosting Palm Desert at 11:00 a.m. on December 26th.
