Softball Preview: Chapin Huskies vs. Burges Mustangs

The Huskies will head out on the road to square off against the Mustangs at 6:30 p.m. Chapin knows how to get runs on the board -- the team has finished with ten runs or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Burges likes a good challenge.
Chapin was handed a heart-breaking two-run loss in their last matchup, but they sure didn't let that happen against Andress on Tuesday. The Huskies put the hurt on the Eagles with a sharp 17-1 victory. The result was nothing new for the Huskies, who have now won 17 games by six runs or more so far this season.

Josy Jaime-Garcia and Alyssa Pena did most of the damage at the plate: Jaime-Garcia went a perfect 4-for-4 with three runs, one triple, and two RBI, while Pena went a perfect 3-for-3 with three doubles, three RBI, and two runs.
